No, it’s not an ad for an Asian massage parlor. SHAG is the name of Cardiff University’s Sexual Health Awareness Group.

    At Kansas State University, i was part of a program for several years called SHAPE – Sexual health awarness peer educators. Before that it was STD-HIV-AIDs Peer. Educatorshttp://www.k-state.edu/lafene/SHAPE/index.htm

    Also there was SLAC – Student Leaders Advisor Council; SHAC – Student Health Advisory Comittee; KISS – K-staters inspireds to stop smoking (i think). So all told, I was a SHAC-er, a SLAC-er, a KISS-er, and in SHAPE. it was good for a laugh during med-school interviews.
