The town of Biggs, California is hoping to get a little action from the California Milk Processor Board. In exchange, it would agree to rename itself Got Milk?, California. Oh, and the Milk people will throw-in a restroom for the public library, a got milk? museum honoring themselves, and perhaps pave a few streets to sweeten the deal.
